Post 10 (week 13): English Language Challenges

Actually I don’t have problems with this english, because always I have problems learning how to write in this languages, and this time is an opportunity to improve and progress in this important kind of knowledge.

Although, I expected it to be slightly more demanding in terms of vocabulary, but I have slowly understood the reason for the reinforcement in such basic English elements. So I’m glad and a little frustrated with this subject, but is for other aspects, just like the distribution of hours in university hours.

The Blogs? I don’t really like the use of blogs in this space, mainly, because, the use of blog is not the same use that we give in Latin America than in countries like Great Britain or Australia. I feel that in Chile is better the use the social network or, even, the email that the blog, because I feel this space so impersonal compare to my email or write in a random page on Facebook.

I feel that I need to improve my writing skills, because I have problems when I try to write in this language, and is my “worst english aspect” in this days. I feel a little proud of my spoken english, because I feel that I can improvise and practice more when I use my mouth (I hope that in the future, finally I can do an Irish just like the people from Irland)

Use of English? I really use it, because I want to be a Technology Journalist, and, I think, the eighty percent of the books, the video or the articles that I read/watch is in English, so I expect that I can learn more in a few years, and I can write without problems.
